Very useful checklist for GenAI integration in different organization.
Thanks to this community and PMI for course on GenAI, it's helping me to better understand the matter and receive all information to implement GenAI in my future projects.

This training series has been very enlightening to me. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the possibilities (and more importantly, the limitations of AI.

I was very skeptical about the capabilities of AI before starting this course. But now I understand the limitations of it, I am optimistic.

Thank you for this training.

Our organization is taking a slower approach to AI and not allowing general access. Since we are a healthcare organization we need to address the security aspects and ensure we are fully controlling any input data. We do have initiatives to increase our knowledge of AI, the terminology, capabilities. I am sure we will have a safe playground at some point to begin experimentation.

We're currently in the beginning stages of using AI to help analyze or cost and schedule variances, correlation amongst activities and departments, and analyzing methods to reduce our program's critical paths.

Great insights shared so far! One aspect I think is crucial yet often overlooked is the importance of building an adaptable feedback loop during the initial stages of Gen AI integration. As technologies evolve quickly, it’s vital to have a mechanism that allows teams to refine models, adapt processes, and adjust protocols based on real-world usage. This could involve setting up regular review sessions where teams discuss the performance of AI systems, explore new use cases, and address any unexpected challenges. Has anyone here implemented such a feedback mechanism? If so, how has it helped streamline your AI workflows?
