My recommendation is going to Green Project Management (GPM) community where you can find all you need to deal with this type of things. I have followed it by years incorporating some of the topics inside my programs/projects.

Global warming and Climate change is an important theme that has significant repercussions now and in the future.  Incorporating environmental conservation and sustainability considerations into your projects is a very good initiative that will contribute to better conditions for the next generations.

Boris if you are referring to initiatives to reduce global warming, there is a Paris Agreement to reduce CO2 emissions that each signatory country commits to in order to prevent the temperature from rising by 2 degrees Celsius before year 2030. To know the type of related projects, it would have to be within the initiative in each specific country.
