Transitioning to a different domain for PM work is challenging - you need to demonstrate sufficient domain expertise for hiring managers to take a chance on you. Your best bet might be to look for a lateral shift from construction to finance in your current company. I'd also suggest looking for a seasoned PM with experience working in the financial services industry.
You should also narrow down the scope of what you are looking to manage - financial services could span everything from technology focused projects to process redesign ones.
