Dear Markus,
Thank you for asking this question regarding my future goals, I have just completed my MASTER BLACK LSS and next year I will focus on: PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® in addition to maintaining my PMP certification.
Kind regards

They do not need a certification at the end, but what are your learning goals for next year?
As PMs and QMs, we all need to be life-long learners.
So, what books do you plan to read, the courses you plan to take, the conferences you plan to visit ... and so on ...
There must be something, right?!

Anouar, given that Ive done lots of professional development in the past few years, so far I am not planning on taking on more credentials in 2024 and instead will focus more on public speaking, attending conferences and presenting webinars. Saving Changes...

Pursuing certifications should always involve some level of cost-benefit analysis. The ongoing maintenance cost of my existing certs (time & money) is too high relative to the incremental benefit I "might" achieve by attaining any more. However, I have always been committed to ongoing learning and read a few books each week (business & non-business related) as well as reading HBR's latest articles each day and watching the latest TED Talks daily.
I have enough alphabet soup to maintain that I don't plan to pursue any. I will keep learning, and given how often certifications get tied to a training class (so they can charge more???), I can't definitively say I won't contribute to the jumble of acronyms after my name, but none are intentionally planned at this time. I am currently working towards a CAPM certification, which I plan on achieving in 2024. From there, I hope to find a position where I can apply the skills I am learning. Saving Changes...
I achieved all three PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP certifications during January and February 2024. Next, I will focus on cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence related certificates, and then I will challenge the PMI-PBA certification. Saving Changes...
