Hi,

The project is about to be closed now.

What should be part of the project closure? Should it be on the a formal documentation and sign off by all teams (Planning, Implementation,...CTO).

Your comments/advise will be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
sanlen

Closure means
Hand over documentation and deliverables to the regular org
Have a lessons learned meeting including sharing
And last but not least thanking those in the team, management and all other stakeholders in other words celebrate
Hopes this helps Hans

Hans has replied comprehensively. I would get the documents signed off by all teams, especially the team responsible for the product/deliverable now the project is over.

If the project has any other dependencies or is part of a larger program, do inform those involved and whenever necessary, get their approval before you wrap up the project.
