Before I start, I have only employed very recently. However, Chatgpt is my first choice so far. Its really quick in summarizing information and the more accurate the prompts are, the more simple it is to understand the information as well. One thing I love is especially in cases of data analysis, ChatGpt lays out information step by step. So far, it has helped a lot with analysis and job applications as well.

For visualizations, Excel is my go to tool because it has supported me with my requirements so far, however I am eager to learn Power BI as well.

Regarding GenAI, our organization hasn't endorsed a resource yet, so presently our internal MS Copilot test team and trusted content from places like @projectmanagementinstitute are my current indispensable resources.

Take the two Data Landscape courses and Prompt Engineering course from PMI, Rida. They have excellent content and are immediately useful.

I have a lot meetings going on and previously i would record and then transcribe which would take huge amounts of time to complete. Then i discovered Sembly and my life with note taking has become much better. I save loads of time which i can focus on more impactful tasks. I also use ChatGPT for general enquiries and PMI infinity for project specific tasks
