Hello Nitin, in waterfall projects Gen AI tools will help improving processes a lot. To document minutes meetings you can use Sembly, I have used it and it goes fine. You have a Learn and explore plan that might help you discover the tool. https://www.sembly.ai/pricing/
Please share your experience if you try it.
If you visit https://theresanaiforthat.com/, you will find numerous AI-based solutions available. However, finding a complete solution can be challenging, and cost is also a significant factor to consider. I cannot recall any tokens/credit-sufficient free accounts, and I'm not aware of any premium accounts that cost less than $10 per month, which adds up considering the multiple common services after we became AI-dependent homo sapiens.

Although there are many competing AI-based solutions for every imaginable process, I have found that learning to build your prompt templates, prompt engineering, and prompt fine-tuning is the best sustainable option that provides you with an interoperable leverage to switch from one solution to another, such as OpenAI, Google AI Studio, Hugging Face, and so on.

However, since most of our work involves writing, the only solution that I have extensively tested and currently use, and would highly recommend is https://strut.so/, and surprisingly, it's free, probably for now.div/div

Really interesting Hakam, pricing is becoming an issue. What I have found is that there are hundreds of really appealing solutions but you have to know well what you are needing and what you are getting from the tools. I have already made the mistake of inferring great outcomes and annually subscribing while the tools were not what I needed.
I will try strut. Sounds interesting.

I have used chatGPT Plus frequently to ask and get feedback about my document template or even an email reply.
A sales colleague of mine was mentioning this program I think. Could it be used for sales and project management? I am trying to find something that everyone in my office can use- maybe even logistics/supply chain

Been exploring ChatGPT, Bard or Gemini, Mistral7B learnt a few more during the course of the proof-of-concept that we are building. Beyond the conversational bots, its the subtle differences in each one that is giving us opportunity to explore and understand the functioning and check accuracy and relevance to the topic. It is evolving.

It's interesting to see diverse range of tools and resources being utilized to enhance capabilities in working with Generative AI data. The recommendations for charting and visualization tools are particularly valuable, especially for project managers tasked with presenting complex data in a clear and accessible manner. Datawrapper and eCharts offer intuitive platforms for creating visually engaging charts and graphs, while Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) provides advanced analytics capabilities, particularly beneficial for connecting and analyzing data from multiple sources. Mention of Google's AI note-taking app, NotebookLM, is interesting, and amplifies the potential for AI-driven tools to streamline project management tasks, such as information gathering and summarisation. The array of AI assistants like ChatPDF and Bing chat demonstrates the evolving landscape of AI integration into daily workflows, offering personalized assistance and increasing productivity.

For those new to leveraging AI in PM, exploring platforms like Cody for document management and seeking out demos and training resources can provide valuable guidance. The growing importance of AI tools and resources in optimizing PM processes and driving efficiency in diverse industries must be wholeheartedly accepted, nurtured and supported.
