I have been using ChatGPT, ARIA (Opera), and Copilot to learn about GenAI and to practice the different use of GenAI on Project Management process.

Until now, ChatGPT have the most accuracy answers and it's more friendly to use.

Not all of these are free and not all I've used extensively but I consider these some of the most useful ones I have checked out:

https://axiom.ai - no code browser automation.

https://infogram.com - quick builder for presentations, infographics, reports, etc.

https://notegpt.io - summarizer for all kinds of content including Yutube, Udemy, Coursera for quicker learning.

https://tryshift.com - browser that allows to unify several different applications in one shell to boost productivity.
Thank you for sharing the links which are indeed helpful.

Hello Claudia,

I've been experimenting with Perplexity in my AI data, but I can't fully recommend it yet since my experiments are incomplete. However, so far, I like it.

As for charting and visualization tools, if you're building a webpage (internally or externally), I recommend using eCharts and DataWrapper. They're both free and easily accessible at the following links:

https://www.datawrapper.de/charts
https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/index.html

If you prefer connecting your data to a data analytics solution, the best advanced-solution is Google Data Studio (Looker Studio). It's free to use and there are plenty of resources available to help you learn how to use it seamlessly.
Thank you for sharing the links.

I have been using ChatGPT (personal), Perplexity, PMI Infinity and copilot. The ladder has been proven to be useful to summarize relevant data from emails. For data visualization excel Data analysis features comes handy to create quick graphs that represent the important data points.

I've been using the chatgpt, gemini, notbooklm . the main goal is to support me in organizing my thoughts and refine my presentations contents. at the same time, I am willing to use other tools, but it will depend on the cultural adoption in my region and the quick wins available and announced for the new gen AI tools.

Our company has an internal tool that uses Claude technology. I've been using it to summarise minutes of a meeting and retrospective outputs from brainstorming sessions. Recently, PMI Infinity has been massively helpful in generating various Project Management templates. I can easily paste the generated tabular format to Excel. I've also Copilot to generate simple badges or icons for my PowerPoint presentation.

Interesting Topic to discuss.
Generative AI has been transformative in enhancing productivity and creativity. I use tools like ChatGPT to explore, which offers incredible versatility for a variety of tasks, and PMI Infinity AI, which is also good to explore on the Project Management domain.

That said, it's important to approach these tools with caution, especially when dealing with sensitive or confidential organizational data. Sharing such information with external platforms could raise serious security and compliance concerns. Organizations should establish clear guidelines and explore secure, in-house AI solutions to mitigate risks while maximizing the benefits of these technologies.
