It is interesting to learn about the various AI tools available for project management. I have yet to explore but have only worked with Zoom AI capabilities so far. While they are overall fine to work with the " summary" and "meeting minutes" features need to develop further as there are many inaccuracies.

Hello Claudia,

I've been experimenting with Perplexity in my AI data, but I can't fully recommend it yet since my experiments are incomplete. However, so far, I like it.

As for charting and visualization tools, if you're building a webpage (internally or externally), I recommend using eCharts and DataWrapper. They're both free and easily accessible at the following links:

If you prefer connecting your data to a data analytics solution, the best advanced-solution is Google Data Studio (Looker Studio). It's free to use and there are plenty of resources available to help you learn how to use it seamlessly.
I have tried other gen AI tools, but ChatGPT continues to be my go-to as it seems to be the easiest to use, and the easiest with which to interpret genAI-generated responses.

For working with Generative AI data, we use cloud-based platforms like AWS SageMaker and OpenAI’s API, alongside Python libraries for preprocessing and fine-tuning. Data cleaning is managed with Pandas and automated validation tools, while synthetic data is generated with platforms like Gretel.ai. For visualization, we use Power BI or Python libraries.

I really enjoyed learning more about GenAI. I have been using Grammaely for years and experienced how useful AI can be, I will start incorporating more GenAI in my process, now that I have more clarity on the experts I need to rely on, it is not a one-man show!
