We are mapping a road towards adopting AI.
I tried using Co-pilot, but it was not very comprehensive. I would prefer to try something better, though I am still in the process.

Considerable amounts of time is saved through the ability to train AI to process data in a fraction of a time. This speeds up decision making and facilitates identifying trends.

Thank you, Hakan, really interesting answer.

Presenting data is going to be one of the skills of project managers. Since we are going to gather such an amount of AI-generated data we need more than ever to understand the audience, choose the right chart type, and be time concerned.

https://www.datawrapper.de/charts is easy to understand and the good thing is that it even lets you explore the tool with some preuploaded data. Concepts like purchasing data, cleaning, and presenting it seem to be part of our everyday decisions as project managers. A good starting tool.

Looker Studio gives us the chance to connect to our Google Analytics accounts which could be convenient especially if we have already started gathering traffic data, and usage data... with G. Annalytics. If we don't mind sharing our data this could be a nice way to integrate it with a powerful tool. Everything is in the same Google environment.

Have you seen Google’s AI note-taking app NotebookLM? Although only available to U.S. users, it seems quite promising for project managers, it is presented as "the expert in the information you need for your projects, capable of answering questions based on the supplied sources,” according to Google Labs Editorial Director Stephen Johnson put it.
Exactly right. The beauty of GenAI is its ability to help sift through an avalanche of data to help create value. Ensuring the data is exactly enough for the scope of the project is also essential. The privacy and security of the process is sine qua non to an effective outcomes

Hello Claudia,

In my personal capacity, I have become very comfortable with using MS Copilot in Word when I am doing a data dump of information and want to bring quick structure to my document if I have limited time. I also utilize ChatGPT to answer questions about things that I may be researching and want to get an idea of what data is out there already about the topic before I conduct a full analysis. Sometimes, I just want to quickly know more about a particular topic without searching the web for numerous articles, books, or websites to provide me with the answer.

As for visualization tools, I have used Canva AI, which can create an entire PowerPoint presentation from scratch with only a few prompts. As I learn more about GenAI and the various models, I will incorporate more into my daily life.

So far, I have used generative AI princippally for analysing qualitative data, as opposed to quantitative data. I am now exploring/experimenting with the integration of Chat GPT and PowerBI

Hi! We haven't got to this stage in our organization yet, as at the moment we are relying on already tested off the shelf systems and validating the data with real use cases.

At this time, we're only using the default chatbot offered by Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and NIPRGPT (DoD Beta). We are ramping up RAG using the Ask Hamilton framework.
I am underwhelmed with the default graphics capabilities of Copilot and ChatGPT. Claude, however, writes HTTP code to generate graphics that can be modified. Very impressive.
