The reality is that big data has revolutionized everything. Time being a rare commodity, for one to remain relevant as a PM or for any organization to remain competitive, Gen AI must be adopted. Gen AI (with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot etc.) is like digital assistant helping in extracting summarizing data from pdf files in minutes, something that would have taken days Tools like PMI infinity will continue to be valuable organizing tasks AI scheduling tools too will continue to add value by predicting deadlines and required resources in less time

AI is a great accelerator in project management. As an initial pass in public sector, we are optimizing it for note taking, summaries of spreadsheet insights, training outlines for junior practitioners, and experimenting with image creation for presentations. Although it is early days yet, the results look promising.

We're currently leveraging ChatGPT Enterprise along with Custom GPTs tailored to specific use cases. In parallel, we're using Copilot Chat and have recently launched a pilot with Copilot Studio to explore its agentic capabilities. For video creation, we're utilizing HeyGen, which has been a valuable asset in enhancing our communication and content delivery across the company.

Hello Claudia,
I'm just incorporating AI into my work. I haven't incorporated workflows yet, although I've tried make.com, but I am using Chat GPT, PM Infinity, Claude, Copilot, Gamma, and the ones embedded in MS Office. All combined are extraordinary and save a lot of time. Of course, in this scenario, certain data must be masked to maintain the privacy of our information.

Not all of these are free and not all I've used extensively but I consider these some of the most useful ones I have checked out:

https://axiom.ai - no code browser automation.

https://infogram.com - quick builder for presentations, infographics, reports, etc.

https://notegpt.io - summarizer for all kinds of content including Yutube, Udemy, Coursera for quicker learning.

https://tryshift.com - browser that allows to unify several different applications in one shell to boost productivity.
Thanks for sharing, this is indeed so helpful.

In a personal capacity, I have been using Chat-GPT, xAI, and CoPilot as the man GenAI tools. I am in the I-O Psych, OD Consulting, and HR field, and I am looking to embark on a project to create an HR Chatbot that allows my organization's members to navigate the HR landscape. I am also looking to use GenAI to generate and/or modify our onboarding processes. Going through this module has been eye-opening in terms of how GenAI can facilitate my upcoming projects.
