Lately, I've been incorporating different AI assistants into my workflow, including Google's AI assistant for general tasks, ChatPDF for handling data files, and Bing Chat, Microsoft's chat assistant, which has been remarkably responsive to precise prompts.

I'm thrilled to share that next week, I'll be developing an app within Azure AI Studio, specifically tailored for project portfolio management (ppm). The app will feature an intelligent search function for templates, which promises to significantly streamline the process.

I am new to using GENAi In project management but I have played with MicroSoft CoPilot, and PMI's Infinity AI tool, and Chat GPT

There are lots of AI tools that are coming out and I would like to thank all who have shared them here. I am not surprised that most of them are not free. But weighing their benefit against the cost is an issue.

I myself use:

- ChatGPT plus (worth the upgrade)

- Github Copilot (for coding)

- Azure AI Studio (using datasets to train models, fine-tune them, wide-range of services such as moderation, vision, language, search, etc)

- Midjourney (for images, even though ChatGPT does a good job)

- Photoshop (AI features in it are crazy)

I use MS Edge browser and there is a button on top-right which when clicked opens up the Copilot in the sidebar and it works like a charm for quick needs.

I tried Google Bard/Gemini too but still not I am not used to it.

If anyone here knows any chatGPT like plugin for Slack that can help with finding needle in a haystack :)) Please share...

According to PMI research, "only 33% of the practitioners' organizations have adopted AI in at least a moderate capacity. However, only a few individuals have seen AI, including GenAI, incorporated into project management processes at the organizational level." Knowing this fact, how can the existing businesses in these tight economic times, afford such GenAI investments?

Level up your AI toolkit! Here's how:

TAAFF (There's An AI For That): Think of it as your one-stop shop for discovering new AI companions. Similar to how Gen Copilot helps with coding, Gemini assists with research, and Infinity AI keeps you organized, TAAFT can help you find even more specialized AI tools. Data analysis, design, project management – you name it, TAAFT might have an AI tool for it! Check it out: https://theresanaiforthat.com/get-featured/

Goblin Tools: This is a super cool resource, especially for those who are neurodivergent. It offers a collection of simple, single-task tools designed to tackle specific challenges. Feeling overwhelmed by a project? Just type in the project name and Goblin Tools will help you create the structure to get started. Many of these tools even leverage AI in the background (currently using OpenAI models) to provide that extra boost!

At my current level I would say the summarization and condensation of data with GenAI.

Data Acquisition: OpenAI API [OpenAI API] offers access to advanced generative models for tasks like text and image generation. Additionally, platforms like Hugging Face [Hugging Face] provide pre-trained models and datasets for various generative tasks.

Data Cleaning & Preprocessing: Tools like Transformers library [Transformers library] and libraries like Pandas are commonly used for data cleaning and manipulation tasks to ensure the data is high quality and formatted correctly for the chosen generative model.

Besides using chatgpt, ai models can help accelerate the pace of the projects via code generation and validation. Here Code Llama model series can be helpful. PMI insights is there but one can create gpts for custom tasks.
