I've been using ChatGPT, which I've found super helpful and efficient, especially when using the right prompts. Next, I'm planning to try out Claude AI.

As an AI consultant and leader in the field of AI policy and governance, I find several tools and resources indispensable for enhancing my capabilities:

Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI through courses, workshops, and certifications is crucial. Platforms like Coursera, edX, and Udemy offer a wide range of AI-related courses from top institutions and industry experts.

Industry Events and Conferences: Attending AI-focused events and conferences, such as the World AI Summit, AI World Congress, and AI & Big Data Expo, provides invaluable opportunities to learn from thought leaders, network with peers, and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.

Research Papers and Journals: Regularly reading research papers and journals, such as the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research, Machine Learning, and IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, helps me dive deep into the technical aspects of AI and stay informed about the latest breakthroughs.
Collaboration Platforms: Tools like GitHub, Kaggle, and Google Colab enable me to collaborate with other AI professionals, share code and insights, and work on real-world projects to refine my skills and learn from the community.

AI Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarizing myself with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, is essential for hands-on experimentation and developing practical AI solutions.
Industry Standards and Guidelines: Keeping abreast of industry standards and guidelines, such as those provided by the IEEE Global Initiative on Ethics of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems and the AI Now Institute, ensures that I can guide organizations in developing responsible and ethical AI practices.

Mentorship and Networking: Building relationships with experienced AI professionals and seeking mentorship opportunities helps me gain valuable insights, navigate challenges, and grow both personally and professionally in this dynamic field.

I've used both the OpenAI models (ChatGPT but mostly through the API) and Claude models. For research I prefer Perplexity, as it cites sources really well.

For Content Operations Projects, I'm planning on using https://www.relato.com

I've also heard positive things about the process capabilities of writer.com and copy.ai, but I haven't used them much yet.

Gen AI: What tools and resources do you find indispensable for enhancing your capabilities? These classes are helping through PMI. That is about the extent that I have seen and all the information is very valuable. Some of the responses I've seen are a lot more advanced than what I have seen or witnessed like the synthetic data. this is all new for me and I have not seen any other tools discussed at my organization.

I am just starting to learn about the AI and how to use it effectively in Project management. Would anyone be able to guide me what is the best way to learn. I work in Semiconductor industry and the projects typically follow water fall lifecycle. What tools can I use to document meeting minutes, create summaries and are there any demos to get training? I would greatly appreciate guidance.
Still a newbie with AI but I think Chat GPT is quite interesting.
