I'm keen to delve into your tools for working with Generative AI data. What tools and resources do you find indispensable?

From purchasing synthetic data to the apps you use for deploying and fine-tuning AI models, how do you manage your data cleaning processes?

Which charting and visualization tools do you prefer for data representation?

Your recommendations are a treasure trove of insights for those of us looking to enhance our Gen AI capabilities!

We currently use Claude but haven't used it much in the way of producing visualizations while incorporating it into our workflows. Quite a few items here look very interesting so I will gather a couple links and see what we can do to enhance our usage

Hi Claudia,

For project work in Singapore, we rely heavily on ChatGPT Enterprise for secure prompt engineering and Notion AI for collaborative documentation and meeting summaries.

For data cleaning and formatting, OpenRefine and Pandas (Python) are go-to tools—especially for legacy project datasets. When visualising AI-driven insights, Power BI and Tableau help communicate progress and risk forecasts clearly to stakeholders.

We don’t use synthetic data yet, but we’re exploring Azure’s AI Studio for controlled environments. On fine-tuning, Hugging Face Spaces is helpful when testing lightweight models locally with project-specific prompts.

Most importantly, we embed AI tools within existing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams) for ease of adoption.

The key isn’t just the tool—but matching it with a solid data governance framework to ensure ethical, compliant use.

Great to see this conversation growing—thank you for leading it!

Have used Gen AI for meeting summaries and action items, that comes with zoom, outlook integration. The AI companion provides insightful information about what transpired in the meeting using voice recognition capabilites. If I have to score its efficiencies I would rate it may be as a 7-8, because of its inability to recognize accents, leading to some amount of incorrect interpretations. But overall it reduces the amount required to email meeeting minutes with reduced alterations.

Hello Claudia,

I've been experimenting with Perplexity in my AI data, but I can't fully recommend it yet since my experiments are incomplete. However, so far, I like it.

As for charting and visualization tools, if you're building a webpage (internally or externally), I recommend using eCharts and DataWrapper. They're both free and easily accessible at the following links:

https://www.datawrapper.de/charts
https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/index.html

If you prefer connecting your data to a data analytics solution, the best advanced-solution is Google Data Studio (Looker Studio). It's free to use and there are plenty of resources available to help you learn how to use it seamlessly.
Thanks for sharing, Hakam!

I'm trying to improve my use of GenAI in my job, but I'm really considering to test in some daily needs. I've been using Copilot to improve the quality of my writing in reports and e-mails and to create better presentations, and Gemini to accelerate the data and information search, and PMI Infinity to find templates of project management. Recently I tried to use ChatGPT to the same tasks of PMI Infinity. I'm very excited with all tools and resources that were shared here by colleagues. Thanks you all for sharing your knowledge and experiences!

I have been using only chatGPT free plan until now, and in some cases Gamma for presentations building
I recently started using ChatGPT Plus, and it has been incredibly useful for my tasks. At the moment, I'm using it to customize templates and automate documents.
I've found ChatGPT to most useful in my day-to-day data analysis and content creation. Although I've started using Claude and Grok, ChatGPT has provided the most return on investment.
