For project management, I rely heavily on ChatGPT and Claude for creating first drafts of project documents and communication emails, which has streamlined my documentation process significantly. Chronicle HQ has been invaluable for presentations, while Lovable helps create quick mockups and visual drafts for stakeholder presentations.

Tableau and Power BI serve as my go-to visualization tools for presenting AI-generated insights to stakeholders. For model deployment, platforms like Hugging Face and OpenAI's API have proven reliable.

Key applications include using AI for automated project risk analysis by processing historical project data, and leveraging natural language processing tools to analyze stakeholder feedback and requirements. We've also implemented AI-driven resource allocation models that analyze team capacity and project demands.

The combination of these tools has reduced documentation time by 40% while improving consistency across project deliverables, allowing more focus on strategic decision-making.

I use Copilot, Chat GPT, for prompts and generating documents and replit for generating the code based on prompts which reduced the effort and time for development and refining the documents in organization and project management level

I have used chatGPT Plus frequently to ask and get feedback about my document template or even an email reply.
ChatGPT is the only tool I've used extensively. But I'm excited about some of the other tools I've seen here. I can't wait to try them out.

Have often used ChatGPT during this month , and getting to prompt differently realizing the output. So far it is commendable and purposing to explore it further together with other tools.

I would truly appreciate support to learn more about AI in Project Management and its application , in either humanitarian and development oriented projects.

I've found Copilot to be beneficial to drafting lessons learned and recently discovered Smartsheet's AI tool for building formulas in project plans/schedules/metric sheets for dashboards. That has been a real-timesaver. Before I'd spend hours sometimes trying to figure out the order of operations in the formula, or tons of time in the support or community screens searching for similar requests but the new AI tool gets it right on the first time, 75% of the time.

The tool I’ve found most indispensable is ChatGPT Pro. It’s given me a gentle on-ramp into experimenting with AI agents at an introductory level and, more importantly, it supports my day-to-day work: drafting and polishing internal and external communications, synthesizing information across documents, reviewing feedback, and accelerating desk research.

I also rely on AI features embedded in other platforms—Zoom, Otter.ai, and Rev—for transcription, summaries, action items, and next steps. They’ve been especially helpful for turning meetings into clear notes and decision trails so we have what we need to act (and to inform the next decision).

There’s a long list of AI apps I’m aware of—and plenty I’m not—that I’m looking forward to exploring. For now, I prioritize tools that integrate cleanly into existing workflows and measurably shorten the path from discussion to decision.
