I've been leveraging Microsoft Copilot with Planner to streamline project delivery and optimize task assignments across my team. It's seamlessly integrated with Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, enhancing communication and collaboration. In addition to Copilot, I've also explored ChatGPT and Claude. Overall, I believe Generative AI will continue to transform how we manage and execute projects. Saving Changes...
I have used chatGPT Plus frequently to ask and get feedback about my document template or even an email reply.
I am fairly new to Gen AI but have used Copilot for efficient documentation and data analysis in my research. Saving Changes...

I've been delving into the GenAI environment with ChatGPT 365 and have found it useful for data summarization and documentation. I do like the PMI Infinity with regards to producing useful templates and examples and dashboards to be more simplistic. Saving Changes...
I'm currently experimenting with having AI perform note taking for my meetings and creating checklists and team charters. Saving Changes...

My experience with Generative AI tools is still growing, but I’ve already explored a few powerful platforms that have shaped how I work and learn. I mainly use ChatGPT (GPT models) for prompt engineering, documentation automation, and project analysis, Read AI for summarizing and structuring meeting insights, and Asana for integrating AI-assisted project tracking and workflow management. These tools have helped me streamline planning and communication, but I haven’t yet worked directly with structured LLMs or real-life AI datasets for fine-tuning or model training. I’m aware that the next step working with data pipelines, cleaning processes, and visualization tools will be key to advancing my skills. Once I gain access through PMI or future academic opportunities, I plan to experiment with tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries (Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly) for data visualization, and explore synthetic data platforms to simulate real-world project conditions. For now, my focus is on mastering prompt design, ethical integration, and workflow automation knowing that the technical application of structured Gen AI and LLMs is the next exciting milestone ahead. We haven't implemented specific tools with our private LLM yet. We have a small team that tries different things with the LLM and posts their findings. Others in our company can view that and figure out if\how it might help in delivering products and services. Saving Changes...
