I have been using IBM developed assistants and PM agents to help me with presentations, executive summary reports etc. I would be interested to know if any one is using Copilot or other tools to integrate between different things like outlook and Slack or JIRA etc.

If you visit https://theresanaiforthat.com/, you will find numerous AI-based solutions available. However, finding a complete solution can be challenging, and cost is also a significant factor to consider. I cannot recall any tokens/credit-sufficient free accounts, and I'm not aware of any premium accounts that cost less than $10 per month, which adds up considering the multiple common services after we became AI-dependent homo sapiens.

Although there are many competing AI-based solutions for every imaginable process, I have found that learning to build your prompt templates, prompt engineering, and prompt fine-tuning is the best sustainable option that provides you with an interoperable leverage to switch from one solution to another, such as OpenAI, Google AI Studio, Hugging Face, and so on.

However, since most of our work involves writing, the only solution that I have extensively tested and currently use, and would highly recommend is https://strut.so/, and surprisingly, it's free, probably for now.div/div

we need to bear the cost and dive into multiple ai applications . The results are fantastic and cost saving applications .

i am in my early days of exploring ai application in project management , administrative use , generative ai use etc. i find it quite exciting and highly efficient provided we give the right prompt. these days i am focusiing to explore various ai tools and generating support for documentation . It is worth investing money and time since the activity arena is expected to change very fast with ai applications .

I have used ChatGPT, but I am increasingly finding Claude to be a better choice for long-term context, which I need to brainstorm project ideas.
As a PMP working more closely with AI and data-driven initiatives, I’ve been exploring tools that go beyond traditional project management platforms and help strengthen data quality, governance, and decision-making. A few tools and resources I’ve found especially valuable for PMs entering the Gen AI space include:
• Microsoft Power BI and Planner for stakeholder reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive-level storytelling
• OpenAI, Gemini and Claude for experimenting with, fine-tuning, and monitoring Gen AI models
• Alteryx and Trifacta for data cleaning and transformation workflows without requiring deep engineering expertise
From a PM perspective, I think one of the biggest opportunities is understanding how data quality directly impacts AI outputs, stakeholder trust, governance, and overall project risk. The ability to bridge project delivery with data literacy and AI strategy is quickly becoming a valuable skill set for modern PMs.

It's 2026, and I'm well behind the power curve. I've been using our GPT bot, and co-pilot to review documents, and make some e-mails. I haven't done anything that has generated real value.
