We are beginning to use Microsoft Copilot at my work, at it's ability to quickly pull data from all sources on a network is becoming clear.

For our work with Gen AI, Pair by Open Government Products (OGP) has been an indispensable tool — it's been particularly useful for drafting, summarising, and streamlining day-to-day workflows without compromising on data security.

In terms of data visualisation, Power BI has been our go-to for representing and communicating data clearly. Would be keen to hear what others in the space are using!

I've had a lot of success removing manual steps like meeting minutes, action tracking, RAID log management and initial presentation drafting with some basic tools (e.g. meeting transcription tool and Claude or ChatGPT). I think it's safe to say I've cut 10+ hours per week of administrative work out of meeting intensive projects. It allows me to spend my time on higher value items where I really bring value.

Hello Claudia,

I've been experimenting with Perplexity in my AI data, but I can't fully recommend it yet since my experiments are incomplete. However, so far, I like it.

As for charting and visualization tools, if you're building a webpage (internally or externally), I recommend using eCharts and DataWrapper. They're both free and easily accessible at the following links:

https://www.datawrapper.de/charts
https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/index.html

If you prefer connecting your data to a data analytics solution, the best advanced-solution is Google Data Studio (Looker Studio). It's free to use and there are plenty of resources available to help you learn how to use it seamlessly.
In my organization we have not bee allowed to use AI and in the arears we would lie to use it, it requires multiple approval levels and securiiy review even for basics ie putting a PPT together.

We currently do not use AI tools in the management of our projects; however, I believe that soon we should start with brainstorming tools, scope construction and definition of monitoring milestones.
Hello Claudia,
I have been using Gemini Pro &Co-pilot which is embedded to our organization environment which proves to be beneficial when it comes to business analysis and data visualization.
