Hello all, several days ago I received an advertisement and purchased this product 'Generative AI Overview for Project Managers' for free. However, I can't understand how to access this product or claim my PDU. Could you please explain this to me?
I believe I had received an e-mail with a link to access it. In case you did not, if you log onto pmi.org, Go to the drop-down profile menu (top right) for yourself, select Products & Subscriptions and then Course Library from the left hand menu. You should find it under Courses in Progress.

Viktor, I agree with Kiron. If you go to your PMI Account, then click the icon on the top right corner where you picture is, and from the drop down menu, go to Library and you should find the course there.
After you complete the course, you can manually claim 5 PDUs under education. Just go to your Dashboard, Certifications, Claim PDUs.

Hello All, I have navigated as suggested , but not sure how we begin the course ? I do not see any Start button or anything to continue further .
Wanted to share a scree shot , but this portal doesn't allow .

Press on the course name and it will take you to the course with a play button in the middle of the video!

Once you complete the course it will submit the PDUs automatically on your behalf.

Sanket, I agree with Kiron. PDUs for this course were reported automatically when I took the course but it took a week before that happened so give it sometime and if they were not reported, then touch base with PMI Customer Care!
