While you might find some good examples in the Templates section or by doing a Google search, I would suggest that the contents of the form will vary depending on the scope of the project, what specifically is being inspected and at what stage of construction the inspection takes place at.

As such, you might want to also consult your local regulations or building codes to ensure the form you use complies with those.
