How do you balance the use of AI in project stakeholder management with the need for a personal touch and human interaction when building relationships?

For instance, have you used AI to draft stakeholder communications or to generate a stakeholder analysis? Do you have any best practices or tips for project managers new to AI-based stakeholder management?

Stakeholders have different requirements. These can be viewed as tactical or strategic. I would venture to say that a stakeholder does not need a "feel nice, how are you doing today" response to a tactical question e.g. when is the next report, when will the budget be updated, etc. These are examples of objective inquiries and I propose that AI could do quite nicely with those. However, some topics/areas become subjective quickly, like risks or issues that will require human engagement and exchanges. That being said there are the objective elements of this topic as well as the risk or issues log that could be managed by AI as well (e.g. what are the top 5 issues, when are the mitigation plans being implemented, etc.) Finally, I would offer (and as we have all read) AI is supposed to "learn" thus as a human overseas these AI engagements a "trust" will develop with the responses, and more and more can be placed in its hands, however we have only just begun with AI and this needs to evolve - more human enagement today, with less and less moving forward. And, let's never stop having those "how are you doing today" dialogs.
