Shaimaa, what do mean by conducting a template? If you mean contributing a PM Template, then you can claim PDUs under “Giving Back”.

I agree with Rami. You can report PDUs for creating a template at this link: https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim
Select the "Giving back" type, and the option "Create Content".
