Utilising Gen AI in military has its advantages as it helps with brainstorming, developing templates, presentations and do some project management excel worksheet building, though the final outcome is still in our hands as we can't deviate much from the general SOPs. Get AI helped me produce documents much faster and increase my efficiency.

Level of trust on the results when we use public data with AI? There are simple statistics algorithms to evaluate level of confidence. On the other side, "buy" public data is not needed. It is all avaiiable outside there because unfortunatelly people are confortable by living "the matrix". For example, if you make a search posts in this website are public and available and AI entities can be used to predict things using them or to learn from them just using this website like a hugh knowledge base.

Yes, I’ve had great success using Generative AI in my projects, especially for automating reporting tasks with Python. I’ve used it to process and analyze data from CSV and Excel files, which helped extract key insights and generate reports faster and with fewer errors.

Data played a crucial role in this process, as well-prepared data allowed the AI to provide accurate and relevant outputs.

We are still exploring and working on some massive projects. Personally for me, a major productivity boost is the meeting summarization and notes. There was some interesting insights. In case, I cannot make it to a meeting, I dont have to listen to the whole recording and can jump in to the specific sections

I have just started using Gen AI for improving quality on documentations such as working on performance assessment tasks. I have more to learn on how to make use of Gen AI to help in my project work.

A simple and helpful application is that recently I've been challenged by a vendor in my project with several unforeseen change requests. As they were unplanned and the request came through after the actions were completed, we could not accept them and I had to say, "no". I used AI to review the emails, the SOW and our policy outlining change requests and typed the points I specifically wanted to make then requesting a draft reply. AI was able to help me draft a professionally worded and firm "no" answer to the vendor. The process saved me time by adding a perspective I hadn't thought of originally and organizing the whole email cogently. As noted previously, the human touch is essential and it still helped me in a seemingly simple yet powerful manner.

We are dipping our toes into the AI pond as we speak looking at our data, particularly cleansing and preparing what data models we want to implement first. There is dual approach to our interest which focuses on the internal (for our use) and the external (customer uses) and working our way towards rolling out our first prototype by early next year. Baby steps.
