Have you experienced wonderful, potentially unexpected successes using Generative AI in your projects?

I'm eager to hear about the innovative outcomes you've achieved with Gen AI, and how data played a role in these ventures.

What challenges did you encounter, and what benefits did you realize in this process?

Yeah recently i have tried to find out the estimation of Project effort and costing through Chat GPT and it gives me result more than i expected then filtered it accordingly and worked with the team on it. It saved my time a lot and given the ready made format and ideal estimations.

I have been using Gen AI to enhance my reporting. I have been providing the ideas of what I need to include and got the formats and information set to consider in the report. I have also have had Gen AI to write macro's for my Excel spreadsheets to enhance reports and make the process easier and faster.

I hadn't heard about PMI Infinity before I took the GenAI e-learning recently. However, our team did use Microsoft Copilot to brainstorm an Integrated Logistics Plan for a project and came up with a good outline of recommendations. I believe that PMI Infinity will do a better job since the platform is more specifically designed for program management. One thing to note is that every outcome still needs to be validated by a human before finalizing

Not on organizational level as we are yet not on that level, but at personal level yes, Infinity has yielded me results of analysis of FIDIC books (Red, Silver, Gold, White) about qualitative and comparative evaluation of some clauses. Needed to refine the output to suit course evaluator.

It is useful indeed. It helps generating and consolidating information that you need in an easy and fast way, and helps creating a clear approach for solving diverse problems that might arise during the projects.

While unexpected successes have not been common, utilizing generative AI has proven to be effective in quickly assessing project data and establishing baseline paths

I've used it a lot and I'm always on the lookout for new developments in the world of A.I. I'm currently working on an IT service governance project and generative has helped me a lot to develop policies that are more appropriate to the context, analyse large volumes of data and generate valuable insights. It's important for us as project managers to realise that there are a multitude of tools to support different sectors. As an example, I can cite Artificial Intelligence tools that enter meetings and automatically compile all the minutes with a full transcript (in minutes). This is a huge step forward, and if we take advantage of it, we'll reach the highest levels of efficiency.
Hello,
For MS teams, Acrobate or Gong, has a security evalutation for the tools been done ? are they safe enough in order to be used within the entreprise ?
