I've been using GenAI to help with brainstorming, developing articles and communication templates, and do some project management excel worksheet building. I've been able to produce documents much faster and increase my efficiency.
That is along the line i have been using AI; am a fairly new user and can already see the many benefits of using these tools

I have been using Gen AI to summarize my notes from crucial meetings whether with clients or with internal team. This helps me to create follow up action items and better syncing to achieve great level of visibility on their interdependency and channelize my focus on high priority tasks. This also leaves me a quality time to spend on new learnings besides being ahead on my projects.

Hi Claudia,
i have not just experienced great breakthroughs but also shared with others ...
AI's are able to deduct large volume of BRD's in to precise context, scaling from an elevator Pitch that give you a base of the project view. comparison of quotes and coming up with what is affordable from one vendor and another, having notes done in a template format, polishing gramma to remove jargons in certain area for data to be consumed by the business team not just the subject matter expert. irregardless of the reliability to AI in the processes the interactive of Human aspect to the report creates the filling part and am able to save hours on my projects.

I have not used GenAI with projects. My past projects have been primarily in governmental health care, health IT, and finance IT. I am also an attorney. Laws (HIPAA and Privacy) and regulations present strict requirements and challenges for GenAI utilization.

However, utilizing GenAI to synthesize thousands of published clinical studies regarding specific medical conditions or treatments appears to be a ready use-case. Moreover, the application of GenAI findings (patterns) could have high value in public health. For example, multiple published clinical studies indicate that vitamin D sufficiency increases the effectiveness of certain pharmacological cancer treatments. The recognition of such findings which then inform governmental and medical organization guidelines, treatment protocols, or standards of care could improve health outcomes for thousands and millions of people.

Just stepping into this realm with a recognition it will be most useful for creating and analyzing project information for lessons learned and continual improvement.

I use GenAI for brainstorming and developing engagement post topics for meetings. You can provide specifics about the audience and the more details help with accuracy. I look forward to trying it with templates.

Over the past 18 months, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the true success of Generative AI (GenAI) lies in its seamless integration with automation to enhance key business processes. Across industries like banking, telecom, healthcare, and manufacturing, AI-driven automation is no longer just an optimization tool—it’s a strategic enabler of business transformation. One of the most tangible impacts is seen in customer service processes. AI can now handle a significant volume of inquiries instantly, reducing response times dramatically while identifying which cases require human intervention. This shift not only improves user perception and experience but also drives measurable business outcomes. Instead of simply talking about "hours saved," we are now quantifying AI’s value in terms of revenue impact, customer satisfaction, and operational risk mitigation. The real question for executives today is: How does this translate into financial gains? The answer depends on multiple factors, including process design, AI governance, and enterprise-wide adoption. But one thing is clear—we are moving beyond efficiency gains to fundamentally redefining user experiences and unlocking new business vaue.
