we are building use cases for cost estimation and business case development. However, the biggest challenges are data sanitization and handling sensitive or proprietary data requires robust security measures and validation effort.

In my case, I am using AI to build predictive models for calculating the capacity of a PMO, taking into account the technical skills of each engineer, the feedback obtained from the presales department, and the characteristics/technical complexity of each project in the Sales Pipeline.

GenAI has helped me with taking of minutes of meeting and summarizing action points which has saved a lot of time which would have been spent on that.

I am looking to explore using AI to get information out of lesson learned documentation and project documentation as I continue to build my skills level.
