For me, some of the benefits of using Gen AI include accelerated efficiency, deeper insights, and amplified innovation. In my projects, Gen AI has enabled me to push boundaries, refine processes, and unlock possibilities beyond traditional methods, including groundbreaking automation, enhanced creativity, and data-driven decision-making. I have leveraged Gen AI to streamline workflows, generate original content, and uncover hidden insights from vast datasets. The role of data was crucial, providing the foundation for training models, refining outputs, and ensuring accuracy. Challenges likely included bias in data, ethical considerations, and technological limitations. Navigating these hurdles required strategic problem-solving, ensuring fairness, and optimizing performance.

Nothing earth shattering yet but I have just scratched the surface.

I've been using AI

1.From Idea to go-to-market in minutes and win strategic velocity

2. To create Assets to transform abstract visual conceptualization.

3. Agile Iteration

4. Conversational and contextual data to improve the quality instructions into a context-rich prompt.

And of course i keep learning & improving to pass to multi AI agents to automize inner process in our workspace

I have used it on a limited basis to create lessons for my classroom that are in alignment with standards, namely science experiments that were accessible to a classroom with limited supplies. My prompts were succinct and I received incredibly creative and immediate, relevant plans which were created by engineers (Google's Gemini gets the credit). The only thing I noticed was the fact that you always read the generated product/output and tailor it to your specific role/need and be sure to realize that it can and does contain minor errors from time to time. I also created a few rubrics when I needed them quickly.

Generative AI has succeeded most when it:

Saves time (automation, summarization, documentation)

Enhances creativity (design, writing, ideation)

Scales personalization (learning, marketing, support)

Boosts productivity (coding, content, admin)

Thank you for the question. I am very happy to report that I use Generative AI to rapidly prototype project plans, plans for executing project deliverables, and plans for tracking results. This allows teams to compare and refine ideas quickly.

I have been using AI to help with drafting meeting minutes and also to enhance business case to create a more compelling case.
