Have you experienced wonderful, potentially unexpected successes using Generative AI in your projects?

I'm eager to hear about the innovative outcomes you've achieved with Gen AI, and how data played a role in these ventures.

What challenges did you encounter, and what benefits did you realize in this process?

Thank you for sharing, Sergio. Yes indeed, the final touch is human, and understanding how data behaves is a must. What is your level of trust with public data? does your organization have any procedures in place to buy this kind of data? is it synthetic by the way? Sorry about all these questions but knowing about organizations like yours using data so intensively is a gift!
Thanks for posting this question. I have been trying to use the GenAI for bringing improvement to existing knowledge. However, when it comes to organization, I always step back before acting and ensure data must be sanitized for any confidential information.

I've used it a lot and I'm always on the lookout for new developments in the world of A.I. I'm currently working on an IT service governance project and generative has helped me a lot to develop policies that are more appropriate to the context, analyse large volumes of data and generate valuable insights. It's important for us as project managers to realise that there are a multitude of tools to support different sectors. As an example, I can cite Artificial Intelligence tools that enter meetings and automatically compile all the minutes with a full transcript (in minutes). This is a huge step forward, and if we take advantage of it, we'll reach the highest levels of efficiency.
You need to record the meeting in order to have that feature available, right?
if that's the case, sometimes the client doesn't want that meetings are recorded

Heard about this feature using AI. Now I am trying to use it in my projects. Currently I am facing lot of AI restriction from the IT team. Have to get special access to use these tools when working in "highly regulated projects".

Learning & Research: AI helps by summarizing complex topics, offering explanations, or helping with research tasks, making it easier to understand difficult subjects. Personal Assistance: People use AI to help manage tasks, answer questions, or find information efficiently. It saves time and offers valuable insights. Creative Inspiration: AI tools like those for generating images, music, or poetry have allowed people to explore new creative avenues or enhance their own work.

Hello Claudia
In my work as a project manager, the Gen AI had an impact during my preparation of the stakeholders register, participating in the project, especially through identifying the degree of influence, and power, control and impact of each stakeholder individually, and how they interact with each other through the hierarchy of the relationship between them, whether they are from the owner’s side or subcontractors , that helps me to properly communicate with them.

From an organizational perspective, we are still at a very foundational level in terms of using AI. That being said, there are a number of creative individual and productivity-related activities being explored. With that in mind, I have utilized AI for preliminary research on very specific project-related efforts (e.g., integration between systems). This has not only provided some high-level details and potential pathways for additional research but also provided some potential "best practices" through additional prompt development.
