How best can we limit corruption in the construction industry?

- Strong policies and other governance for procurement management including measures to reduce the potential for conflicts of interest and/or nepotism
- Regular independent audits of project/program financials
- A well defined project/program governance structure, especially for key financial decisions

Chengetai, definitly strong policies and frequent audits do help a lot. Just like Risk Management, Anti-Corruption and Ethics should be on the top of the agenda of every meeting.
