Fokam, decision making should be ultimately made by the PM after he or she verifies and evaluates the info and insights provided by AI so I see no direct role for AI in decision making, but an indirect role in providing insights that can aid with decision making!

The final decision is always in human being hands. AI entities just create 3 scenarios (usually) with probabilities associated to them and the human being decides.

AI can help with data gathering to make a decision, provide a recommendation for the decision, or help with communicating or pitching the decision.
It can't make the decision - that responsibility can't be delegated to it.
