Do we have any Retrofit Coordinators in the community?

I spent several years leading modification projects where we retrofitted passenger airplanes either to updated systems, freighter conversions, or as VIP business jets. The title itself was Project Technical Leader, which was essentially project engineering. Feel free to reach out.

Wow that sounds fascinating! It’s incredible how many shapes and forms retrofit can take. It would be interesting to exchange knowledge to see if much changes from Europe to the US in terms on processes and standards.

Retrofit can be combined with multiple fields of knowledge. Surely multiple community members work retrofitting products, systems, and processes.
