I have been testing the tool for several weeks now and I see great improvement, e.g. explanatory and opinion-based prompts, however, it still requires more training and fine tuning with processing complex tasks and solving complex situational based prompts. I´m positive PMI infinity is moving in the right direction and the tool will reach the maturity with more training and fine tunning with our feedback.

Here are my Key Takeaways.
1. In general PMI infinity algorithms are trained to provide a short and concise response based on PMI and learning library documentation, I assume that the spirit is that the PM should continue the conversation digging more, Chiseling with suggested “conversation starters” in the chat or by typing the next prompt.
2. PMI infinity responses are also BIASED, does not suggest any brand of tools when it comes to giving advice on tools for project management. it only suggests PMI products, example: As an AI large language model, I don't have personal opinions. However, based on the PMI proprietary content provided, airfocus is a software solution that is highly regarded for creating and managing project roadmaps in complex programs.
3. ChatGPT responses are also BIASED, It only shows brands from USA, example known brands like JIRA, Microsoft and it not considering other brands in the market.
4. PMI Infinity provided a more detailed and systematic approach, covering a wider array of strategies and aligning closely with PMI standards.
5. PMI infinity response was more tailored to PMI's standards, offering deeper insights specific to PMBOK 7th Edition. On the other side ChatGPT, is informative, and was slightly more general in its approaches.
6. Just in very specific scenarios where it has been trained, provides the response powered by PMI proprietary, also After training and refining, the prompt, improved substantially in weeks later e.g create basic schedule with 5 activities and identify the critical path, for others provides response powered by ChatGPT and with limited output.
7. PMI infinity limits to most consultation type scenarios, while GPT does great at task assignation, creation, processing etc, automation.
8. ChatGPT emphasizes practical, agile-based techniques and tools for direct application in projects giving more explanations and based type scenario rather than following only documentation or responding to consultation.

I am part of the team that is testing Project Infinity, but how can I determine if I am using the model with GPT-3.5 or GPT-4 turbo, there is no indication that allows you to see which model you are operating on, I do not see that you can access plugins, extensions or other features like ChatGPT has

Good experience in general but I would not use it as my only source of using generative AI because it does not allow me to know which model I am working on, whether in GPT-3.5 or GPT-4 turno, it does not allow me to attach documents to give context to a prompt or even attach images Furthermore, it does not allow me to use extensions or GTPs already created in the OpenAI placestore

The same takeaways I shared with my team. I trust better Infinity given PMI proprietary content, but currently I feel it cannot be considered the "chosen one" for our PM work since some features and capabilities are still to be developed. But I am sure PMI is on the right path!
