My PDU's did not update after taking the course

After taking the course online through PMI my PDU's did not update. Who do I need to contact.

Ali, it usually takes between 3 to 5 business days for the PDUs to be auto reported. If after 5 business days you didn’t see the PDUs, then I recommend you contact PMI customer care either by email or you can chat with them live!

Hi Ali, as Rami Kaibni stated, it does take a few days for the PDUs to batch and process in CCRS, typically 48-72 hours. However, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days as delays do occasionally occur. You must also make sure to view the video in it's entirety in order for the PDU to be auto-batched. You can see the videos you have viewed and the percentage complete by going to your name in the upper right, clicking "Account", then clicking "PDUs Awarded".
