Antonio Nieto, you've raised a crucial point. Like many others, I too am navigating the challenge of effectively storing, sharing, and organizing AI-related information. It can indeed feel overwhelming, as if we're constantly playing catch-up. Here's my three-pronged strategy:

Retrieval: I've subscribed to two daily newsletters, which I update periodically to avoid redundancy. Additionally, I follow a feed aggregating content from preferred sources, ensuring a steady stream of relevant information.

Storage: For archiving articles and my annotations, I use Zotero, though there are several other viable platforms for this purpose.

Sharing: I run a weekly newsletter on LinkedIn, featuring hand-picked resources. At work, we utilize a Microsoft Teams group for exchanging our latest findings and insights.

How do you manage your information in this ever-evolving field?

The danger of staying ahead of any trend is that a lot of what you learn might be useless as the field evolves. So the trick is not only in staying on top of developments but learning what will be of value for at least a moderate amount of time.

Given the plethora of tools, most of which require a paid subscription to fully exploit their capabilities, there is a cost consideration as well when deciding where to invest our efforts.

Finally, one needs to have an opportunity to apply what we have learned in a practical setting. That itself limits how much "new stuff" you can thoughtfully explore.

At present, I'm focusing on using ChatGPT and Copilot in parallel to exercise various PM use cases to see which tool works better in what scenarios.
