How to Prepare for PgMP?

How can I prepare for the PgMP? Getting ready for the PMP took a few years of study and tons of practice tests, but I can't seem to find study material for the PgMP (other than The Standard for Program Management).

I personally did find the standard to be more than enough but you need to understand it thoroughly and read everything in between the lines.
