As a newly minted PMP (yay!), does anyone know of any fully remote shadowing or apprenticeship programs? I’m looking to put into practice all of my PMI learnings under a seasoned Project Manager’s structured guidance. Thank you!

I'd suspect your better bet will be in person shadowing as I can see stakeholders raising confidentiality concerns in involving someone who is not part of the delivering or consuming organization.

Check with your local PMI Chapter, either networking with members to see if anyone has interest in helping you out, or seeing if there is a major event or program the Chapter is organizing where you could work with a seasoned PM.

I just joined my local chapter and will seek additional guidance there.

Jane, your best bet is checking with your local PMI chapter just like Kiron mentioned. They all have mentorship programs and networkign events where you can meet seasoned professionals, nuture relationships and from there it will open many doors for you!

No worries, Rami - I just have more spare time to keep an eye out for new discussion threads :-)

Unlikely that we'd end up disagreeing as we each have specific domains which we know a lot more about so unless there's a topics with which we are both equally confident to have opposing views, I doubt we'll do so...

Thank you, Rami!
Once my membership goes through, I will most definitely ask about their mentorship program.

You're welcome, Jane. You can engage with them and check about the program even before your membership goes through. I am sure they will be happy to help. Good Luck - Cheers!
