Nizar, I personally did find the PMI-CP to be a great credential and it did add lots of value to me as the 7 courses (soon to be 8) contain a wealth of knowledge. I have 20 years of experience in Construction Management and yet, I did learn many new things during my PMI-CP journey so if you're working in the Consturction Industry, I do highly recommend this credential!

Nizar, you need to have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and originally you needed to take all 7 courses (including 3 micro-credentials) before you can apply to the exam.
Today, PMI released a new update that the PMI-CP will be restructured. You need to have 3 years of relevant work experience and take only 4 mandatory courses (including one micro-credential) to be able to apply. The courses are:
1) Construction Project Communications (Course + Micro-credential)
2) Construction Interface Management (Course)
3) Construction Scope and Change Order Management (Course)
4) Construction Contract and Risk Management (Course)

Golam, not sure what you mean by market manipulation but I am not going to go into this. All I can say is: PMI is a large and decent organization and not in the business of manipulation.
Regarding my experience, please refer to the comments above. I did mention in my first comments how I personaly found the PMI-CP.

Dear Rami Kaibni,
I've noticed instances of manipulation occurring in civil construction projects, whether related to quality standards or other aspects. Sometimes, these issues extend beyond the control of the project manager. I would appreciate your advice on how to address and mitigate such challenges effectively.

Golam, this is the case with every industry and not specific to Civil Construction Projects. As to how to deal with it, it all depends on what the issue is exactly. Every situation is unique to the specific project and so is the way to deal with it.
In general, you should have an Ethics and Anticorruption Policy in your project and also an Escalation process so you can escalate issues that extend beyond the PMs reach and address them through proper chanels!
