Teams itself has AI notes generation One Note for Office 365 will also transcribe notes in many different languages.

I am personally not aware of any specific AI tools tailored specifically for taking minutes in Teams or Zoom meetings that are free.

Additionally, it offers templates with discussion points and summaries that you can share with other meeting participants.
