Project professionals juggle many responsibilities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management.

Devising and delivering effective presentations is certainly an important part of communicating over the course of a project. Have you found any tools that help with PowerPoint presentations that save time?

I just recently started using Canva to help create documents and content for my business and found that they have some fantastic tools and templates for creating aesthetically pleasing power points that you can quickly transform to match your company or "brand" image.  It also has some built in AI tools to help write or re-write content for the slides.
I will try it out. Thank you!

I have used Prezi in the past - it is fancy and can do more than PPT, but it does take time to learn it well, to a point that it is actually efficient. In my previous organization the Head of the Department wanted us to use it, hence got the opportunity. Now I simply use PowerPoint, and to enhance it, create a lot of my diagrams using Visio and create my tables in Excel and if required tweak my screens using Paint.
Sometimes going back to basics just makes things easier. I do love using tools, however they have to be efficient with little ramp up time.

Yes! When in doubt, just get out a piece of paper and a pen or whiteboard.

I swear by Infograpia's infographics. I think I paid $60 USD for a lifetime subscription four years ago and it was worth every penny. I've used their works for professional, volunteer, and personal ventures. They regularly (twice a month, maybe more) update the content and have configurations for any device.

I recommend you combine the benefits of various AI Tools

*Use ChatGPT to generate the outline of the presentation. Tell it to create a presentation outline of a certain theme, for a determined type of company, with the title of each slide, and content description listed with bullets.

*Once the presentation outline is generated, use the Plus AI extension from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Install the Plus AI extension, open it, paste the outline provided by ChatGPT, select the number of slides desired, according to the outline content, and click on the "Generate" button.

Plus AI will create a complete presentation that you can tailor according to your needs.
