I'm interested in learning more about AI and become an expert in this area as a PMP and Agile project manager? Any advice on good first steps/Classes/Certifications that will help me to sharpen my AI skills?
You could start with PMI's free Generative AI overview for PMs on-demand course but you might also consider Andy Kaufman's "AI Made Simple" 10 hour course (paid) which I completed and found very useful.

I did finish the PMI AI for PMs and liked it a lot. I'm also finishing another Coursera class on AI for everyone but the one you're recommending for Andy Kaufman sounds interesting. Might take it after I finish the Coursera class next week.
