It would be really useful to me that AI could learn from individual team members, strengths, and weaknesses in order to provide personalized coaching suggestions, or even to find a mentor that will help reaching out full potential like increasing self awareness, professional development that create as a supportive work environment Saving Changes...

AI is a boarder term. In fact, organizations are using AI from long time ago. Including it, we are using AI from long time ago in things like refrigerators. So, you can use it and the world is using it from long time ago "to address any kind of challenge,,,,"...almost. Ai best fits, talking in general because we can talk a lot and I was involved in AI initiatives from 1989 up to date, to address repetitive tasks or to find patters in high amount of data, all type of data, to generate information then thanks to that human beings can take decisions. Just ti remember: AI depends on data and what AI generates has an intrinsic error then final decisions remains in human being hands.

Sergio, it is quite amazing that you have been working with AI since 1989! In your experience, what do you think are the key milestones that had taken place in your industry to position AI where is today?
how long do you think AI take to complementing better human decision-making, especially considering its inherent error rate now?
Unfortunately, while AI has come a long way from the days of Eliza, no AI tools can demonstrate EI which is needed to be an effective mentor or coach. It can help you identify resources which might support your professional development, but the ability to ask powerful questions, to actively listen and to help someone help themselves is beyond current capabilities.
However, to answer your question, I would use it to communicate effectively.

I have worked for lot of industries leading AI based projects. Today, lot of industries are doing that. For example, IoT is based on that. AI never will complementing human decision-making. Except if the organization that is using it has the crazy idea to bear the cost of inherent errors. This happened in the past. There are lot of examples in software engineering field about it. No matter you use AI or not al the end everything is a cost-benefit based decision. Just to remember: what AI generates as outputs or outcomes is probabilistic and has an associated error. In fact it can be calculated in advance.

Although it is a little bit far off, it may be a probability in the distant future of artificial intelligence, that it will be able to address inequality. It is a complex challenge that may involve varying factors across the wide span of the human experience, but maybe AI technology will be the "great equalizer." Saving Changes...
AI is a powerful tool that can help us to address a multitude of issues that are of concern in our society.
One important application of AI could be in Education, to facilitate the creation of courses that provide relevant, accurate, and actualized information, training people according to the actual needs of society. The diversity of tools of AI can not only contribute to generating the best content but also facilitate the creation of E-Learning Platforms. In addition, Internet Technology sums efforts with AI to grant access to these Education programs from remote areas of the globe. Saving Changes...
