I took the Agile with Atlassian Jira Coursera course. I would like to log the 12 hours for PDU credit. Coursera does not show up as a Provider and I am unable to find the Provider ID. I am not sure how to map the PDUs in the Education category. Saving Changes...

My recommendation is to contact PMI“s Customer Care. Saving Changes...
You could search to see if some past student has already entered that course info by typing in a few letters from the official course name into the appropriate field on the entry screen. If it has been entered, a matching entry should show up with the PDUs pre-populated.
If not, then while you could contact PMI Customer Care, they are unlikely to be able to provide much insight unless you send them the course agenda so they can make a determination. You can pretty much do the same yourself - given that it is a course from a vendor, it would likely be heavily Ways of Working weighted with possible a little Power Skills thrown in. Using the agenda and relative time spent on topics you could figure out how to best allocate the 12 PDUs.
If the submission is challenged, you can always follow up with PMI Customer Care at that point.
I've done this a number of times before and never been challenged...

Shanda, I totally agree with Kiron's recommendations - It did happen with me before and you can just manually enter all categories based on your best estimate and if audited, you can simply provide the course certificate. Saving Changes...
