Hello guys... is anyone aware of change in PMP exam structure change post Dec'23? I am receiving calls from my learning institute about same and asking me to get required cheat sheets for some big amount.

I haven't heard of any upcoming changes to the PMP exam. PMI do regularly add and update questions in the exam pool for all their certifications, but if there is a major change in structure and ECO, they usually give the community at least 6 months heads up so they can plan accordingly. If you hear anything else, please let us know.
On another note, if a learning institute is asking for a big amount of money against cheat sheets, then that is a red flag and very suspicious so you better investigate this further. Saving Changes...
There are no plans at present to do any new role delineation studies which are the precursor to an Exam Content Outline (ECO) update, so aside from the usual ongoing adds/removes/updates to the exam items in the pool mentioned by Rami, there's nothing else planned.
And I'd echo his caution if a training provider is trying to convince you to spend money to understand exam incremental changes...
