Managing projects can sometimes be a love/hate relationship. However, in honor of Valentine’s Day, we want to hear what you love about being a project manager. To make this a quick and easy exercise let’s create an acronym for L.O.V.E. and how it’s demonstrated in managing your projects in one word or phrase. I’ll kick it off with the following:

L – Lessons Learned

O – Organized Planning

V – Value

E – Ethical

Now we want to hear from you. Start sharing the meaning of LOVE in your projects!
