Aman, this is an open question that has endless answers. There are many career opportunities available worldwide be it in AI, ML or PM, however, a Master's degree or credential while it will put you ahead of others, it won't help secure a job for you.
A credential, be it a PMP or others, merely demonstrates that a candidade has a certain level of knowledge and expertise in project management principles and practices but it doesn’t mean someone is capable of effectively managing a project. Practical experience, communication skills, leadership abilities, and adaptability are also crucial factors in successful project management. Experience is what matters! Saving Changes...
On top of what Rami has stated, I'd add that it is also important to understand what YOU like doing in terms of activities and the industries or domains in which you'd want to do those.

If you get a masters in AI and machine learning, I would put getting your PMP as a secondary goal. In my part of the US where there are a lot of companies like Microsoft, Google, etc., that credential will pay for a very nice house with a great view, in a neighborhood that I can't afford with a masters in systems engineering and lots of experience. .
