Can you share a Project Management development framework

Could you clarify what you mean by a PM Development Framework - are you referring to implementing a set of PM standards within your department or organization OR are you referring to a framework for developing the capabilities and competencies of a group of PMs?

If the latter, then a good starting points is PMI's Competency Development Framework which is available to PMI members here: https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...ent-3rd-edition

I would suggest you take a course and get certified in CAPM or PMP if you haven’t already. There are many project management frameworks available. Through the learning and exploration stages, we will gain a better understanding of the frameworks, and have a clearer direction in project management.
