I’m curious what AI tools or systems others have adopted in their workplace. Are you using a generative AI platform that protects your company data? I’d love to save project templates to an AI platform and ask it to output data using my template. Has anyone been able to accomplish this with any systems you’re using? Please share. Data security is still a big issue for using AI. At my own employer, just getting Office 365 to run effectively is problematic due to the many authentication portals. Every server, web based application, etc. has access controls by user so where information is stored is very tightly controlled. Network issues aside, putting that information on the cloud servers of a 3rd party is simply not allowed without far more hassle than it would save in time.
What one extremely smart member of my team is doing instead is using his database skills to gather the necessary project data from various repositories, and embedding code in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for presentation.
My coding skills are not there, but I am learning and AI tools where you can't put the protected data can still help generate the code just like it would spoken language. I myself have been going the other direction where I am gathering the data and then using AI to help analyze and format it.
The data gathering can be very labor intensive so I am very motivated to learn more in that capacity. Saving Changes...

If you are looking for Gen AI solutions, the enterprise versions of the more popular variants (e.g. ChatGPT) do provide the type of privacy and security required to use internal data as an input into predictive analysis.
