Hello everyone,
I paid for my PMP exam today but it seems like there is some issue with the cart on the PMi website. At my end it is showing successful but not reflecting on PMI account. And because of this, it is now allowing me to check centre for exam. Anyone else faced this issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Sanjiv, it seems like there might be an issue with the cart on the website. I would suggest that you contact customer care like I did when I had the issue. They should be able to resolve it or suggest the appropriate steps to move further. You can find the link to contact customer care below:
