Payment and report PDU issues on the website.

Hello everyone, 

I tried to pay for my PMP exam today but it seems like there is some issue with the cart on the PMi website. Anyone else faced this issue? Also, it seems like I am unable to report the PDUs as well. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd recommend contacting PMI Customer Care for this as they are in the best position to help you through this.

Bisharah, PMI recently revamped their platform and added new features so it is possible that there is a glitch in the system or maybe you need to clear you cache (Try from a different browser).

I have had the payment issue happen a couple times and you do need to call customer care. They have had to open IT tickets for me more than once but they will get it fixed. After all...you're trying to give them your money. :-)

The PDU issue could be related or not, but while you have an open issue, you can ask about that too.

Thanks everyone. Did contact the customer care and they said there is an issue with the "cart" in the website due to which payment issues are affected. Told me to wait 3 business days.

Hello everyone,

I paid for my PMP exam today but it seems like there is some issue with the cart on the PMi website. At my end it is showing successful but not reflecting on PMI account. And because of this, it is now allowing me to check centre for exam. Anyone else faced this issue?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Sanjiv, it seems like there might be an issue with the cart on the website. I would suggest that you contact customer care like I did when I had the issue. They should be able to resolve it or suggest the appropriate steps to move further. You can find the link to contact customer care below:
