Here is a response from the Infinity tool
Q. Is there a template for a communication plan?
Yes, there is a template for a communications plan. It's a table containing all the necessary items to disseminate information about the project and should contain the following:
The name of the communication, meeting or update
Who will be receiving it (the audience)
Why it's being done (the purpose)
The method that will be used (meeting, email or something else)
When it is expected to happen
Who the owner or owners are
This plan lets you organize your communication efforts and ensure that everyone involved in the project is informed and up-to-date. You can also modify the template to fit your specific project needs.
Hi Juan, Please post one of the actual links provided. I suspect that Infinity isn't accessing the files from the same place we do, but instead they are copied to another location for use as training data. That would mean a file path we can't access as mere mortals. Keith Saving Changes...

Yes, I'm no IT expert, but that path isn't organized like the website, and the templates are on ProjectManagement.com, not PMI.org. If you search PMI.org itself for the template names, it directs you to this site for templates. The might have mirrored the site files for the training data and then reorganized the site breaking links, or it could be we don't have access. Even trying to access https://www.pmi.org/-/media/ returns a 404 error.
Definitely an interesting "feature" of Infinity returning sources that don't seem to exist. Saving Changes...
Maybe a complete revision of the database of links provided by the Infinity platform, including its domains, subdomains, and complete URL, will be enough to prevent this type of error. Saving Changes...
