Writing Articles for Knowledge Library and Lack of Response

I've submitted a draft article to the Knowledge Library as a way to earn PDU's. I have other articles that I have outlined and ready to go but there is no communication coming from that channel. I've emailed them, twice, and hear nothing back. Not even a note about how long it takes to turn around feedback on submitted articles.  If this is a way for people to earn PDUs both as content creators as well as readers then the process needs to be responsive and effective. Has anyone had experience with article submissions?

Lucy, it usually takes time for approval of submitted articles. When did you submit those?

Hello Lucy - I apologize for your inconvenience. I did reach out to the Knowledge Shelf team, and they did receive your submission. Unfortunately, the Knowledge Shelf submissions system has been paused until 1 April 2024. Someone from that team will soon be in contact. Thanks for your patience!
